DNA Tattoos:
Dear friends, all of we knew about the tattoos. We consider it only for the fashion purposes, but
friends according to Genetic Vaccine Therapy it is prove that tattoos are more than fashion
statement and which has a medicinal potential.
At the German Cancer Research Center, Heidelberg, Germany, Martine
Muller and his coworker performed several experiments on mice and they shown that tattooing is
the more effective way of delivering DNA vaccine than any intramuscular injection.
Scientist contentiously perform several experiment on the mice, first they
infected the mice with intramuscular injection and then deliver DNA vaccine by tattooing.
Finally, they observed that DNA vaccination through tattooing produced more immune response
as compared to the intramuscular injection. For the production of DNA vaccine, they use coat
protein from the human papiloma virus as a model DNA vaccine antigen.
Martine Muller and coworker had shown that three doses of DNA vaccine given by the
tattooing produce sixteen times more antibody level than intramuscular injection.
ADVANTAGES:
v DNA vaccine given by tattooing covers a bigger area on the skin than intramuscular
injection, so that DNA vaccine can enter more cells.
v Ultimately, these effects may give stronger immune response arising from introducing a
DNA vaccine in to the body by tattooing.
