New Horizon - Communitization of India

Communitization of Nagaland, shows very good example .It shows the actual example of the decentralization & deputation of powers as well as responsibilities. We can say here, it is the actual democracy. If the village community has authority & responsibility to check control Govt. Institution works .So the commutations & the requirement of the stake-holders will be fulfilled by with respect to institution in proper manner. And this communitization strategy will be needy today’s India for rural infrastructure development.

If we think Education, health & electricity of rural India , it will be helpful for enhancing the rural infrastructure. Here whatever problems faced by the local village stakeholders are not reaching up to that right person having the full authority. e. g Actual condition of cheating in education system with respect to Block Education officer or Block (Panchayat) Sabhapati. It may be the misunderstanding & communication gap between stakeholder & responsible person. And here the stockholder has not aware to ask question even though They have limitation to ask.

So communitization of India will helpful for development of rural infrastructure, & overall rural development.
