Some Problems In Front of Indian Economy

These my Thought about the present condition of Employments in India:
Through this i want to say that,simply effect of Global Economic Crisis on Indian Economy. By Globlization many MNCs (Multi National Companies) have been introduced in India also & many thousands of Indian employees are working in these MNCs. Now the Global Crisis (mainly Economic Crisis of America ) is affecting the Indians, so many MNCs Cutting Their Jobs From India for example in IT British Telecoms Cutting 10,000 from India and so on . Many thousands Indian will unemployed and also day by day increasing Skilled people all these shows the present condition in Employment's is not good or we can say poor .
